She leads the CBH troops daily, overseeing all areas of the company for the past 15 years. Recently, the Idaho Business Review named Ronda 2018 Woman of the Year. On top of that, she received the 2018 Luke Award from St. Luke's Children's Hospital, the 2017 Constructech Women in Construction award, and the 2017 Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Light the Night Community Impact Award. She's a board member of the St. Luke's Children's Hospital, Board of Directors member for the Treasure Valley YMCA, Library Leader for the Boise Public Library, and Together Treasure Valley partner.
