Michael, a nationally recognized expert on Green design, remodeling and building, writes, trains, and speaks for various publications and events around the world. His building assemblies have been published in numerous publications including the US Department of Energy. He is the owner of OA Design+Build an award winning nationally celebrated design build and architecture firm, and CEO of Verified Green Inc. which consults with Local Government, product manufacturers, suppliers, builders, and architects on Green building. Michael led the effort to develop MN GreenStar, and is past-president of the national GreenStar Alliance. He also teaches Green Building at Boston Architectural College.

Rich Binsacca

Additionally, Caroline co-hosts Pro Remodeler and Pro Builder's Women in Residential Construction podcast.

He currently leads the day-to-day editorial teams for both Custom Builder magazine and PRODUCTS.

Drew Barto

In his previous position as Director of Marketing for award-winning Energy Swing Windows, Drew helped the family-owned business become a primetime player in the Pittsburgh market by outsmarting the national brands with bigger budgets. He has achieved this by mastering a mix of old media (direct mail & radio) and new media (Facebook advertising) with laser-focused targeted audience selection. By analyzing customer data, Drew knows who to reach and how to reach them with the most cost effective methods. Applying this approach to Facebook advertising has resulted in generating appointments and list building opportunities with previously unmined prospects.

Cassian Bernard

Cassian Bernard is the VP of Sales and Marketing at M/I Homes in Dallas/Fort Worth, Tex. Among several accolades as a sales consultant and manager, he was awarded Sales Manager of the Year in 2020 by NAHB's National Sales and Marketing Awards ("The Nationals") and was a member of Pro Builder's Forty Under 40 class that same year.

Joshua Dean

Joshua Dean took over the reins as President of Precision Homecrafters in January of 2020. He entered the Homebuilding industry in 2004 through furniture making and later through working in a custom cabinet shop. Joshua helped found Appleseed Workshop, where he worked until he joined the PHC team in 2013. He will serve as the President of the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders in 2022. Joshua has attended NCCER & Clemson University’s Project Management Academy, speaks conversational Spanish, and has worked extensively on both commercial and residential design/build projects. He enjoys interacting with our clients and with all of Precision Homecrafters’s trade contractors. He particularly loves working on kitchen remodels and getting to see the before-and-after transformations. His favorite feedback is hearing how a project has changed a client's life for the better. When he is not working, you can find him deep in the woods backcountry hunting, visiting his step-daughter at the University of South Alabama, or hanging out with his wife, Jennifer, and their 4 boys. Joshua and his family live north of downtown Birmingham on a 2.5-acre homestead.

Brian Gottlieb is an inspirational business owner who founded his home improvement company Tundraland in 2009 with an initial investment of only $3,000. Before selling in 2022, Brian grew Tundraland into one of the largest home improvement companies in Wisconsin. He is now the current CEO of Renewal By Andersen of Greater Wisconsin. Brian believes that while he heads a home improvement company, he's really in the business of developing people and building a culture where employees are part of something greater than themselves. His career is proof a business can succeed financially while also doing tremendous good for the community.

Tom delivers high-energy presentations that challenge audiences to level up their skills by leveraging technology and applying creative solutions to maximize their businesses. Tom uses his vast experience from a number of different industries, humor, and proven processes to educate audiences on marketing and business topics. He pulls from living in diverse places such as London, England; Hollywood, California; and Omaha, Nebraska to make his messages land with people from all walks of life. Jessi Kelly is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Stylecraft Builders, based in Waco, Texas, and will take reigns as COO in January. She joined the production builder as a New Home Sales Assistant in 2013. Jessi demonstrated her “indispensability” and quickly rose to Regional Sales Manager before earning the position of Vice President in 2017. She currently leads a team of 52 professionals. In 2022, Jessi was named by Pro Builder Magazine as a member of its elite Forty Under 40 class. Jessi enjoys speaking to groups and channeling her own passion for growth to inspire people to strive for more in their lives.

Justin Thompson

Justin Thompson is a regional partner at Alair Homes, a custom home builder/remodeler network, for Ontario (Canada) and Ohio. Described as the “King of Culture,” he uses a his unique coaching style and an ability to leverage the expertise of employees to unite everyone in a shared mission, transforming the existing group of silos into a collective of like-minded offices working together. He also launched a mental health and wellness awareness initiative in 2021 for trades and the community.
